Advanced Testing & Inspection Facilities
Our in-house quality laboratory is equipped with modern testing and inspection instruments, including:
- Spectrometer for precise chemical composition analysis
- Sand Testing Equipment to ensure mould consistency and strength
- Hardness Testing Machines for mechanical property verification
- Dimensional Inspection Tools such as CMM, height gauges, bore gauges, and profile gauges
These facilities enable accurate monitoring of metallurgical and dimensional parameters, ensuring compliance with customer drawings and technical requirements.
Process Control & Zero-Defect Approach
Quality at Riddhi Casting is built into the process through the application of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA tools. In-process inspections are carried out at critical stages of casting and machining to detect variations early and prevent defects.
Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to monitor process stability, while corrective and preventive actions are implemented through structured problem-solving methodologies.
